Elements of Feminine Power Retreat | The Resort | Your Facilitators | The Experience | Contact Us

When women come together something magical happens.

You know what we’re talking about. When women come together in a space that fosters connection, beauty, luxury and power, it’s inevitable that the collective energy in the room is buzzing. And sometimes this just happens during a book club meeting!

Imagine what’s possible when you bring bright, amazing women together in an environment designed to activate their natural power and place two skilled facilitators in the room to help guide them...it’s a recipe for guaranteed magic!

Expect a perfectly designed program to care for your every need

Time alone, time to care for yourself, time to talk with other women, time to be with nature, time to learn from the larger group and time to be cared for individually. All of this is built into the weekend. Some of it optional and some of it required...don’t worry...we’re talking about the massage!

Your facilitators and the retreat staff will be there to care for you, encourage you to care for others, challenge you and expand your perspective. This retreat guarantees that you, as an individual and as a woman will be seen, heard, loved and cared for. This is your time to exhale.

You will leave the retreat knowing you have changed

This retreat is designed for you to gain a deep understanding and ability to integrate the elements of feminine power. You will leave the retreat more receptive, more centered, more nurturing, more sensual, more resilient and more holistic. You will leave knowing you have grown and that you have been an integral part of others learning. You will leave knowing you are connected to a new community and knowing your power in a new way.

Other Questions You May Have

Flying into Seattle for the retreat?

Many folks are driving down from the Seattle area, so if you are flying into Seattle and need a ride please note that on your registration application. We will attempt to connect you with another retreat participant so you can carpool (and get to know each other!)

If you are flying in from out of town, you may call the Alderbrook Lodge to add additional nights to your stay. We have negotiated a room fee of $175 for any additional nights. Rooms are first come, first served, so please book early. If you would prefer to stay in the Seattle area, please let us know and we will provide you with hotel recommendations in the area you desire.

Retreat Central: Your Room

Every room has beautiful views, luxury linens, spa amenities, and a soaking tub.

Double rooms have two queen beds. If you have a roommate preference, you can let us know on your registration application. If not, simply answer the questions on the application, and your answers will help us pick the perfect roommate for you. Trust us on this one!

Single rooms – with two queens or one king bed - are available for an additional $300 for the weekend.

The BIG question: What to wear!?!?

The only “rule” we have for the retreat attire is that you are comfortable and feel good in your clothes. All of our meals will be in private dining rooms, so no need to bring anything too nice. We will likely want to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor surroundings of Alderbrook Lodge, so please bring a jacket or layers. You can count on the temperature in the low to mid-60’s in the day, and a bit cooler in the evenings.

Also, please bring pajamas you don’t mind wearing down the hall, as some of our evening and morning activities may require comfortable sleeping attire.

Please also bring:

Be sure to pack anything else that makes you feel pampered: a favorite nail polish, facial scrub, foot lotions, music you love...anything! We’ll be sharing our favorite grounding, pampering, and winding-down rituals, so make sure you’re ready for “show and tell!”

Spa Treatments

Alderbrook Resort has a wonderful Spa available to us throughout the weekend. We have the entire spa booked for Friday night for massages (included in the retreat), and if you would like to book an additional spa treatment, feel free to do so during our official “breaks” (see schedule above). Click here for a list of treatments and pricing.

Culinary Notes

The food for our retreat has been carefully chosen to be healthy, delicious, and abundant. There will always be a vegetarian option available. Special dietary requests can be accommodated; please let us know. We are purposefully not including alcohol as part of the retreat and we encourage you to consider making your weekend alcohol-free.

Expecting the Unexpected

We know the unexpected sometimes happens. We recommend travel insurance (you can get it from your travel agent). If you’ve already paid your deposit (or your full retreat payment) and find yourself unable to attend, we will cheerfully issue a refund only if we are able to fill your spot.
