Our Solution

The Elements of Feminine and Masculine Power are the tools we use to solve the most compelling and costly problems accomplished people and their organizations face.

What problems are you facing?

Problems at home:

  • You’re spread too thin, always scrambling to cover all the bases, with little time left over for yourself.
  • You either don’t have, or aren’t fully satisfied with, your partnership, friendships, and family relationships.
  • Your home environment and the time you spend there don’t recharge and relax you the way you wish they would.

Problems in your organization:

  • The inefficiencies drain everyone: you have mediocre program implementation, so-so coordination between departments, and a lot of covering of individual asses.
  • Your managers aren’t as strong as they need to be in either implementation or leadership.
  • Turnover – of both employees and customers – is costing more than you can afford.

We could keep going...As a successful woman, you’re kicking butt, but it’ also kicking yours. Your company is probably doing well in some ways, but everywhere you look, there are problems you don’t quite know how to address.

It’s tempting to chalk all your challenges up to “life’s just tough” or “I just need to get more organized” or “people are just stupid.” But what if the problem is neither life itself, nor you, nor other people? What if all the key ingredients for satisfaction, profitability, and sustainable success are already in place...but they’re just mixed together in an imbalanced way?

There is a link between all these problems.

The root of all these problems – at home and at work – is an imbalance. The ingredients for everything you want to create are right there, within your organization and within you. We have defined these ingredients as the twelve Elements of Feminine and Masculine Power. And they’re out of balance in most organizations and most people’s lives.

Feminine and masculine power are not about women and men; they’re more akin to yin and yang, or water and fire. They’re different but equal forms of energy, both essential for sustainability. The masculine elements of power relate to our capacity for action and assertion. The feminine elements of power relate to our capacity for receptivity and connection.

Our challenges in life and work are most effectively addressed by integrating our feminine and masculine power. When we use too much driving, focused masculine energy, we find ourselves exhausted, stressed out, and cranky. We don’t feel fulfilled, and we don’t feel close to the people in our lives. When we use too much connected, holistic feminine energy, we find ourselves scattered, off-track, and inarticulate. We don’t get things done and we don’t have forward momentum. In organizations, masculine imbalances lead to low morale, high turnover, backbiting, and pissing matches. Feminine imbalances lead to gossip, care-taking, low productivity, and political b.s..

The Elements of Feminine and Masculine Power solve all these problems by helping you to integrate both forms of power. When all the elements are activated, you’ve always got the right tool for the job at hand. These elements are the building blocks of our power as human beings. They allow us to do each of our activities better...but they do much more than that! Integrating our power gives us an incomparably potent source of power.

What you can expect at work:

  • The employees you want come to you and stick around – because there’s something your organization gives them that they can’t get anywhere else
  • You’ll get a lot more done without burning out yourself or anyone else
  • You’ll have authentically happy people, without your having to be their mom
  • Qualified customers will be drawn to your offerings (sometimes without your knowing how)
  • You’ll find yourself doing YOUR work, NOT having to handle escalated issues
  • Your initiatives and projects run so smoothly that you’re often surprised by what’s already done
  • Even your toughest customers or team members are easy to work with and disputes are settled with ease

What you can expect at home:

  • Your home will feel more like an oasis and less like a visual to-do list
  • Your morning routine will leave you feeling grounded and centered, not frantic
