Our Associate Team
The founders have long been active participants in the global community of facilitators and executive coaches. The strong connections we’ve fostered since 1997 have built a network of associates in Europe, Australia, and across North America.
Each associate is committed not only to professional excellence, but to continual learning and personal integration of the principles we teach our clients. Our associates serve clients in many ways. Associates deliver simultaneous programs to different branches of one client company. Clients experience savings on travel costs while still receiving the benefit of Working with Power’s expertise. Associates support one another to work in ways that reflect what we teach clients, and to be culturally competent across many cultures. And our Seattle founders and staff are able to work with an amazing array of clients without being away from their families, because of our client support network across the globe.
While we tap the talents of others from time to time, the most frequent contributors on our associate team are:
Jeanie Rule is passionate about helping women find their power and live life the way they want to live it. As a divorce recovery coach, Jeanie has worked with hundreds of divorced moms worldwide to get clear, get brave and take big, bold steps towards the life they really want. Her clients love her warmth, humor and grace - as well as her lazer-sharp focus to see through the 'mud' and ask the questions that change their lives forever.
Jeanie is a speaker, professional coach, workshop facilitator and published author - and a divorced mom to two really busy teenagers. As part of her passion to empower women, she volunteers monthly workshops at Haven House, a first-line domestic abuse shelter for women and children in Los Angeles. Jeanie is a graduate of Coach U, one of the world's foremost coach training programs, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the International Association of Coaches. She attended University of Oregon and Cal State Los Angeles majoring in journalism and psychology.
